How long does shipping take?

Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment has been processed. If you make an order on Friday, it will be shipped off the next week. Please expect some delay during public holidays.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rovectin.com However, we are unable to make any changes after the order has been fulfilled.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping varies depending on number of items, size, weight and carrier. You can find an estimated shipping cost at checkout. We offer free shipping if your order is above $30!

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@rovectin.com

What should I do if I receive wrong product?

Please contact us at hello@rovectin.com with photos of the items you received and the packing slip in the box, and we'll assist with getting the right products to you.

What should I do if I did not receive confirmation email after placing an order?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, kindly reach out to us at hello@rovectin.com or visit Contact Us page with your name, email address, and item list that you purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide international shippings.

Returns

How can I request a refund?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please email us at hello@rovectin.com and we’ll take you through the process.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. They must be in original condition. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

If you buy Rovectin products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment within 10 working days.

Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping except for the return with valid reason (wrong item sent, damaged, defective).

Do you test your products on animals?

We strongly stand by animal wellbeing and our products are cruelty-free.

What is your products's shelf life?

Our products are vegan and made with natural plant extracts which means a shelf life of 2 years or less, so we want you to know our products are created with the freshest of ingredients.

How do I redeem for free products or free shipping?

To redeem the product, please add it to your cart. Once you've redeemed your points, you'll receive a code that can be applied during checkout. Please ensure that the product is in your cart before applying the code.
