RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is basically the only requirement and we will not ask you why.
To return your product, please email us at hello@rovectin.com. We will provide you with a shipping label to return your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once your request for a refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you buy Rovectin products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide return labels for international orders.
SHIPPING
Free standard shipping within the contiguous US is available for orders $30+ after discounts and before tax. HI/AK/PR standard shipping cost depends on its weight.
Standard Shipping
- If an order is received before noon, the order will be packed, labeled, and ready to ship on the same day.
- If an order is received after noon, the order will be packed, labeled, and ready to ship on the next business day ( If an order is received on Friday after 12pm, the order will be shipped on Monday afternoon).
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us at hello@rovectin.com and include your order number in the email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your approved refund yet, please contact us at hello@rovectin.com or submit your inquiry in the form provided.
Wrong Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets lost due to the wrong shipping address, we regret that we do not offer a refund but are grateful to send you a replacement with an extra shipping cost paid by the customer.
