Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is basically the only requirement and we will not ask you why.
To return your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you a shipping label to return your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your request for refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We ship within the U.S and Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $30 after discounts.
- If an order is received before noon, the order will be packed, labeled, and ready to ship on the same day.
- If an order is received after noon, the order will be packed, labeled, and ready to ship on the next business day ( If an order is received on Friday after 12pm, the order will be shipped on Monday afternoon).
If an order is received before noon, the order will be fulfilled on the same day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.
