RETURNS

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is basically the only requirement and we will not ask you why.

    To return your product, please email us at hello@rovectin.com. We will provide you with a shipping label to return your item.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    Once your request for a refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you buy Rovectin products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.

    SHIPPING

    We ship within the U.S and Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $30 after discounts. 

    Standard Shipping

    • If an order is received before noon, the order will be packed, labeled, and ready to ship on the same day.
    • If an order is received after noon, the order will be packed, labeled, and ready to ship on the next business day ( If an order is received on Friday after 12pm, the order will be shipped on Monday afternoon). 
    However, there are known instances where the carrier is unable to pick up on time, which can cause a delay of one business day.

    2-Day Express 

    • If an order is received before noon, the order will be fulfilled on the same day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.

    • If an order is received after noon, the order will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.

    CANCEL ORDER

    If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us at hello@rovectin.com and include your order number in the email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    Delayed or Missing Refunds  

    If you have not received your approved refund yet, please contact us at hello@rovectin.com or submit your inquiry in the form provided. 

    Wrong Shipping Address  

    It is your responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets lost due to the wrong shipping address, we regret that we do not offer a refund but are grateful to send you a replacement with an extra shipping cost paid by the customer.
